The price of an Eurostar ticket varies considerably depending on the booking date and travel period. Here are our tips for getting the best fares.

As a general rule, book your tickets 2 to 4 months in advance for peak periods (school holidays, long weekends). For off-peak periods, 3 to 4 weeks is usually sufficient.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays are generally the cheapest days to travel. Avoid early morning and late afternoon departures, opt for mid-day trains.
