Terms and conditions for using our services

euro-train.eu is an independent intermediary specializing in Eurostar journey reservations. We are not affiliated with, partners of, or official representatives of Eurostar™. Service fees apply.

1Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between euro-train.eu and its customers in the context of intermediation services for train ticket reservations.

2Article 2 - Nature of Service

euro-train.eu acts as an independent intermediary. Our service includes:

  • Searching for the best availability
  • Indicative price estimation
  • Booking with railway operators
  • Assistance before and during travel

3Article 3 - Booking Process

The booking process involves several steps:

    Booking request : The customer submits a request via our online form.

    Analysis and confirmation : Our team analyzes availability and confirms the final price.

    Secure payment : The customer receives a secure Stripe payment link.
  4. 4
    Ticket issuance : Tickets are issued and sent by email after payment confirmation.

4Article 4 - Pricing and Service Fees

Prices displayed on the site are indicative and expressed in euros including VAT. Service fees apply in addition to the ticket price. The exact amount of fees is communicated before order confirmation.

"From" prices are indicative and correspond to the lowest rates observed, subject to availability.

5Article 5 - Payment

Payment is made exclusively via the secure Stripe platform. Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

No automatic debit is made. Payment only occurs after manual validation of availability by our team.

6Article 6 - Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the ticket fare conditions and railway operator policies. euro-train.eu service fees are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.

7Article 7 - Booking Modification

Any modification request must be sent by email to modifications@euro-train.eu. Modification fees may apply depending on ticket conditions.

8Article 8 - Liability

euro-train.eu acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations or service modifications decided by railway operators.

9Article 9 - Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
