Traveling by Eurostar is a unique experience that allows you to connect major European cities in just a few hours. To fully enjoy your journey, good preparation is essential.

First, make sure you have valid ID documents. For trips to the UK, a valid passport is mandatory since Brexit. For other destinations, an ID card is sufficient for EU citizens.

Regarding luggage, Eurostar allows 2 carry-on bags and 1 medium-sized bag per passenger. Arrive at the station at least 45 minutes before departure for London trips, and 30 minutes for other destinations.

We also recommend downloading the Eurostar app and saving your e-ticket to your phone for smoother boarding.
